Systemic & Family Constellations

Family and systemic constellations offer a safe and confidential space where personal issues can be explored. In just one session, a constellation can help to reveal and shift unconscious intergenerational dynamics that silently play in the background, stirring the course of our lives. Sometimes the smallest of movements in the system can help to restore the flow of love among its members and transform our lives for the better.

USEFUL INFO

There are limited issue holder tickets for each day to allow enough time for each piece of work, however, each constellation will usually last one hour. Representatives will also benefit from each constellation as there is always a resonance with the work we are called in to support.

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM

In the Field of Unfolding- This is a 1:1 online offering for those who want to deepen their systemic understanding of Self in a private container, and explore how relationships and previous experiences have shaped their lives. It consists of a weekly 60 min online session over 3+ months, on a day and time to be agreed between parties. Here we utilise systemic constellations to examine the obstacles you are currently experiencing, and to reveal unhelpful patterns, intherited intergenerational trauma, and hidden loyalties. Alongside, we will use traditional psychotherapy to integrate the findings. Limited availabililty.

COUPLES PROGRAM

The Field Between Us- This is a 6- month offering for couples who want to understand and be available for each other in a deeper way. Sessions take place fortnightly online and last 90 min. During this time, we attend to current challenges by gently revealing the wider context in which they originated. This work helps partners develop more compassion and understanding for one another so that love can flow freely once again.
